Noticeably absent from the opening ceremony, it’s looking increasingly likely that suspended President Dilma Rousseff will be permanently ousted from her seat in the coming weeks. Pulling no punches, on the eve of last Friday night’s Opening Ceremony the Senate voted overwhelmingly to recommend her impeachment. Ouch!
